My Dearest Lisa

AMAZING CD! Brigit and I listened to it from beginning to end on our drive down to Albuquerque on Wednesday, and we LOVED IT! We had to pick up a friend who moved to Pagosa from CA, and then we ALL listened to the CD on the way back. WE ALL LOVED IT! You didn’t hear from me right away because of mitigating circumstances, which I’ll explain in another email.

Where do I begin to share all I LOVE about it? Every song is different. You hand picked an AMAZING collection of songs. You bring your PASSION, INTENSITY, UNIQUE STYLE, VERVE, FABULOUS VOICE — to every song, and I LOVE your INCOMPARABLE singing into the mix. You have a style ALL YOUR OWN!

Every song is a JOURNEY into another part of life, into another part of ourselves. Brigit and I played the CD getting into every song with YOUR VOICE and EXTRAORDINARY MUSICIANS and MUSIC (WOW!) which carried the songs perfectly. Not a glitch anywhere.

YOU ARE A PERFECTIONIST! I could tell in the way you made sure everything was perfect before you cast the final CD. I JUST LOVED, LOVED, LOVED the way you carried EVERYTHING through.

WOW! It was GREAT, GREAT, GREAT! Brigit said, “I need to get my own CD from Lisa right away” — because she wanted her own CD in her car. I pulled out the other one out of my bag. You should have seen her face. She took the CD as if it was a PRECIOUS JEWEL. Now, she has her own in her car and I have my own.

I really can’t say enough about it, Lisa. I am really PROUD OF YOU, and the way you carried through on this project until you got it done. It’s quite a feat! And I know you put a huge investment in this CD but it has REALLY PAID OFF! Just know that while Brigit and I have received your CDs as a gift, I would like to pay you for them, if you let me. I will also be buying some of your CD’s for Christmas gifts.

Just know I am LIFTED INTO THE HEAVENS WITH YOU as to how GREAT the EXPERIENCE YOU DELIVER TO US. But, I knew, You would do NO LESS. The CD is BEAUTIFUL and IMPECCABLE. AMEN!

I listen to the CD quite a few times yesterday. It’s hard to choose… but I believe it’s Infatuation! All of the songs have something I really appreciate! I love to hear you laugh during the one song, and how your voice cracks on the song where you’re saying goodbye! I love you!
